Most products can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Please email our customer support team at email@example.com so that we can process your return. Include the reason for the return and the order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and the same condition that you received it.
Customized items are not eligible for refunds. If you would like to return your customized item because of fit issues we are happy to offer you a store credit to use as you wish.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
