WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All our items are made one at a time the moment you order them, and then are shipped to you direct from our factory in China. 


Usually items take 3 to 5 days from order date to produce and then another 4 to 7 days to ship. 


Expect orders to the USA to arrive between 7 and 14 days, and international orders to arrive within 20 days. However these times can vary depending on a number of factors such as holidays or heavy shopping periods. 


Tracking numbers are available once your order has shipped. 


We do our very best to get you your items as fast as possible and will communicate any expected delays.

WHERE DO YOU MAKE YOUR CLOTHES AND SHOES?

Currently we partner with a select few, small factories in China, Hong Kong, Europe and the U.S.A. . Our factories provide fair wages and reasonable hours and a positive environmental impact. 


In the future, we hope to open our own factories in Mexico and Los Angeles, allowing us to provide more control, as well as faster production and ship times.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

Shipments to the U.S.A. will not incur customs duties. 


Depending on your destination country for international orders, your shipment could be subject to import duties and taxes. We see this happen to around 20% of international shipments. 


Any fees are calculated by your country's customs authority once a shipment reaches your country. The usual amount for duties and taxes is around 16% to 25% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. 


Nixxle cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our factory has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns - Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


Customized items are not eligible for refunds. If you would like to return your customized item because of fit issues we are happy to offer you a store credit to use as you wish. 


If your customized item has manufacturing defects we will replace it at no cost to you once we have received and inspected it. 


Any claims for defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received. If you believe your item is defective please send us an email at info@nixxle.com with details and any photos of the defective item. Defective items must be returned to our offices and will replaced after inspection. 


For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 


To complete your return, please include a printout of the original order with your order number in the return package. 


There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds will be granted:Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errorAny item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nixxle.com. 


Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nixxle.com and send your item to: 340 S. Lemon Ave. Unit 1186 Walnut California US 91789. 


Shipping 

To return your product, first contact our customer support. We will not accept returns without a return authorization from Nixxle customer support. 


You will mail your product to: 340 S. Lemon Ave. Unit 1186 Walnut California US 91789You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
